  1. Whitepaper publication and start of the public offering

    After the 20-business-day period set out in Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) elapsed without observations following its notification to the CNMV on July 24, 2026, the $CEC whitepaper is published and the public offering begins. The subscription period will run from October 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027.
